I don't know about CKC but unless both of the parents are AKC you cannot register the pups as AKC unless there is open enrollment for mini dachshunds. That's a kind of hardship enrollment where one parent is AKC but not the other. Sometimes AKC will do that to build up the breed.

CKC is a registry that will accept any dog, they are considered "pet quality" and not "show quality" animals. The pups would be CKC registered because AKC wont accept them.

If you're referring to the Continental Kennel Club? Don't. They're a junk registry that will accept any dog, any time.

Also, if your dog hasn't been shown, gotten it's Ch title, and passed all the applicable genetic tests, you have no reason to breed it. There are so many Doxies and crosses sitting in shelters already, why add more?
