Yes, it's harder. Number one, you're older, and your metabolism gets slower with age. Secondly, you're probably busier and don't have as much time to take care of yourself. Plus, your body just seems to hold on to more weight the more children you have.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Tell your 'weight' to get off his **** and make you some tea. Also tell him to leave you alone then you won't have the baby problem in future. Five foot and 8 stone is fine even if you are petite. I had the problem of weight gain after pregnancy, but then I am a man and it was the drink that did it.

It is both things. You are older and having children changes your hormones. A 4th child will make it even harder. Below has lots of different strategies to lose weight which are anti-aging also.

What does "stone" mean???? Is referring to size? Well, just hang in there. Your metabolism might be a bit slower. But don't worry..you will catch up. Three kids will keep you busy! I know, I have seven!
