If your local store doesn't carry it, ask the grocery manager if he can special order it. This can be a hard product to find, as you know.

Not sure where they sell this, but it is equivalent to any beef concentrate (NOT boullion!) I personally use Better Than Broth, though I know some people prefer Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master. I believe even Swansons has a beef concentrate paste, in addition to their boxes of ready-to-use broth. It depends on what you're making -- a rub for meat? Or are you reconstituting this and using the broth? Either way, if your local store doesn't sell B-V paste, you can substitute with no discernible difference in taste.
