OK I was seeing this girl for almost two years. she got to where she wouldn't even tell me she loved me. so i started to seeing another. i had a heartattack the other day now she loves me and wants me back. now i have to choose what should i do? HELP

Well, who do u have deep feelings for your new lady friend or your friend of two yrs.
May be the reason she( the 2 yr friend) thought u knew how she felt, or may be she was scared if she told u how she felt u would reject her. Now that u had a heart attack( I pray that ur getting better) but since your heart attack, she realize that life is short and that she better waste no time in telling you how she feels.
She may even wished that she should have not been scared( if thats the reason why) and just go ahead and tell u how she felt.
So, what u should do is go with ur deep feelings on which lady means more to you and who you want to be with

Who do you love? If you love girl #1, then you should go back to her. Sometimes almost losing someone causes big changes in feelings--BUT be prepared for her to go back to her evil ways once everything settles out...
Do you love girl #2? If so, stay right where you are. She's the one you're with now, yes? If you don't love her, move on. If you do, don't leave her.
I know this is so hard right now, but don't upset yourself about it. Just take it easy and do what your heart tells you to. There is no wrong decision here, technically. Good luck Sweetie, and take care of yourself.

Gee....I don't think post-heartattack time is the best time to be making decisions. Give yourself some time to heal well and mull over what you like and dislike about each person.

if u see that the other one (newest one) doesn't seem to care as much as ur first, then luv her back. Unlessthey love you the same, then thats a problem, choose the one thats best for you.

whoa she realized how much she loved you because you almost died, is that how it is? well yes, you should take her back.... it really depends though. you know that you want one of them, and im pretty sure that you know which one you want. how does it feel that im telling you to take her back? are you happy about that or sad? really, you know which one you want.
if you are happy about taking her back, then take her back. if you don't like my answer, then keep the other girl.
