Hi Kenneth.

Dont bother killing yourself with crunches and sit ups all they will do is to bulk up the fat.
You can easily loose 10 pounds in two weeks if you follow some really good advice.
Go to http://fit-n-fat.blogspot.com and they explain how to do it and it's bloody good fun.
Good luck you can do it easily

You need to do about 15-20 mins of aerobic exercise a day, whether that is running, dancing, bicycling, and that will help you to lose the weight initially. Along with that you should also do some simple sit-ups. Do 25 of and then increase this number as u get stronger. Start with 25 regular crunches. Switch and 25 obliques on each side (do this by turning to lay on your side with your knees bent and the crunch towards the ceiling). The finally do 25 lower abs (do this by laying flat on your back and placing your hands under your seat to help stabalize yourself and then with your legs straight in front of you raise them up and down). You'll end up doing a total of 100 crunches, and as you get better (again) you can increase that number. Good Luck!

You should go to your nearest local gym, preferrably Bally Total Fitness and take up Tybo classes. They work great for the mid section and losing weight period. They need no equipment that you have to purchase and all you have to do is pay the fee of joining. Which is only $20 a month. After about the first three classes you should have lost about 6lbs. If you are a begginner in Tybo, which is most likely, you should take the begginner classes and step it up as you go along. You should continue Tybo even after you lose the weight. Its good for your body, and your heart.

Thev best way to lose your waist line, and get it hard (without any fancy ripples) is: Luy on your back/put your arms in back of your head, folding youir hands together, and resting your head in your hands. Put your legs, and feet together. Lift your feet 6" off the mat, and hold it for one minute. It will be painful, but no pain, no gain!!! Rest 2.5 minutes between each set, doing 5 sets in a row. Do every day. As you get conditioned, increase time of each set. Never do more than 5, and always do this workout on a empty stomach!!!
