My gf said she hasnt cheated on me and she wouldnt and she would tell me if she did. i dont think she has but i am just wonderin would she really tell me if she has or not? because i told her about this one time but i didnt tell her about another. do u think if she loved me but happened to cheat on me do u think she would tell me?

Without trust, it would not be love, I presume you are asking this Q cause you love the girl. If you don't trust where is the Q of love?

I think the question is why did you tell her? Did the guilt get to you? What did telling her accomplish? You broke her trust and her heart all at the same time. If she has cheated and didn't tell you be grateful. She is at least considering your feelings. If you ask me, what you did was wrong, first off by cheating then by telling her. You had better hope she loves you enough to spare you the pain you gave her.

If you are still interested in other women even one night stands, you are not ready for an exclusive relationship that requires maturity and commitment. You know, marriage.
You are cheating yourself as well as the girlfriend. If you are not ready to settle down then there is no reason to enter into an exclusive relationship at this time in your life.
If you have cheated , it would be self-serving to tell her. So don't.
If you decide to stay in this relationship, grow-up. Your feelings are not the only ones that count.
It's harsh but it's true.

That is hard to say. Some women are true to there word and there man. I told mine when I did. But some cheat cause you men do and you dont tell all the time. So that is a tough one. I guess you will just have to see.

I am a gurl true to her word that if I love my bf then I wouldn't cheat on him in the first place. Some boys do cheat on their girlfriends and it's not gonna solve anything if the gf does it too. I don't think she would tell you but she should if she really really love you!!!!!!!!

I think if you cheat you should tell them or if you cant tell them i would end the relationship! Some cheat for many different reasons even though it is wrong some do because they dont feel loved anymore or feel single even though there dating someone!
If my girlfriend cheated on me i would just leave her and move on!

Well I think people should be honest about that kind of thing not just for the love and respect issue, but also in case of STDs. But in the case of love and respect, how could you honestly say you love somebody if you don't respect them enough to be honest. It sucks that people will continue cheating on their partners, I wouldn't want to be cheated on so if I ever did I would have to be honest about it...although I don't think I ever would do such a thing.

Not if she is intelligent. When you are really in love with someone, you have no desire to cheat on them, unless you are too immature to be able to stick to a commitment.
If you are attracted to someone else, when you are in a relationship with another person, get out of the relationship in a way that will not humiliate the one you are involved with. Try not to lose your integrity, if you have any. In other words, be kind and try not to make her feel as if its her fault.

If you love a person, I mean REALLY love them, you don't cheat. At least, I don't...
However, if it were me in that situation, I probably would not tell you--unless you cheated first, then I would.
Still, it sounds to me like you are paranoid because you cheated. You have no choice but to take her at her word. If you can't trust her, then you probably should not be in the relationship.

I would never tell someone, that I loved, anything that would hurt them. Secrets are meant to be kept. A strong person can keep a secret forever. There is no reason to tell that you cheated, unless you want to hurt the other person or clear your own conscience.

If you and your GF are truly in love you wouldn't even be asking such a dumb question. Young people today are diving into way over their heads relationships and wondering all the time how to prove or have their BF or GF prove their love. Goodness! What soap opera style lives our youngsters are living . . .
