With all the information available I'm surprised that you still don't know. To lose weight your body has to burn the calories you put into your mouth so your body does not store them as fat(fuel).Eat healthy-cut way down on fast food and sugar(includes sugary sodas-if you must have switch to diet but water is essential to lose weight-7-8 glasses per day.Eat vegetable-frozen and not much canned for too high in salt that makes you retain water(bloats you).Eat lean turkey,chicken-baked and not fried-can still have french fries but bake instead of frying.Once week treat yourself to candy bar or pastry or pizza(2-3 slices only and thin crust better and no stuff in the crust) why treat so you won't totally deprive and then go haywire and this way you'll stick to healthy eating more. Do not skip meals esp.breakfast-can be bagel, yogurt, some fruit no pancakes loaded with syrup or french toast loaded with syrup either). Look up healthy eating/nutrition. If you can join Weight watchers-most successful program out there-teaches you healthy eating ,you eat a lot of stuff that really tastes good, you meet people like you that support, motivate you and cheap. If you can afford buy prepared meals or go on line under weight watchers and get recipes-but best to go to meetings-only 15.dollars and you can pay as you go. Good Luck

You have to use more calories than you take in. That is the only way to lose weight. One thing that helps is to stop wasting calories on liquids. Stop drinking soda and alcohol (if you do). Full of calories. Drinking is like adding an extra meal to your day.

Drink Chinese Weight Reductin tea and take regular 1 hour walks, or bicycle 2 miles, daily. Believe me, it works, maybe too well. I've done it, at least twice.

Take what you consume in a day now, and cut it in half. Adding a half hour or so of exercise wouldn't hurt either...
