Having been a bodybuilder for 30 years i have vast knowledge of how to improve certain areas of one's body. You must first be on a balanced diet and then subtract 500 calories per day.. Then start a walking program, and for your thghs and hips i would reccomend Incline leg Press using light weights and high reps. then Seated Leg Extensions, Lying Leg Curls, also using light weights and high reps. I am a physical therapist so try lying on your side with your bottom leg comfortably flexed Raise the top leg up and down until you start to feel a warmth in the hip area Keep track this will be the number to begin with every time add 5 as able. Raise the bottom leg in the same position to work the inner thigh of the opposite leg. Repeat both sides. Lay on your back and bridge upward works on thighs and abbs. On stomach lift leg up toward celling. Squeeze ball or towel between knees in sitting position. Squats for fronts of thighs. Step up steps increase size of step do one leg at a time if able x10-20 monitor how you feel..
Or just get the Firm workout video man will your butt burn.
