If man is made in God's image, and that man is gay. How does he burn in hell for his sins if he was made in God's image?

Remember, for someone to be gay isn't any more of a choice than you chose to be heterosexual. You are born one way or another, or in some cases both.

So, if you could, you would "choose" to be gay? Well crap, I wanted green eyes, why didn't I choose them.

Think of how hard it is for someone to "come out" and all that it entails. It is NOT a choice. If you think so, then you're stupid!!!

Taking the religious aspect out of homosexuality...think for a second how incredibly unnatural it is.....females were designed to produce offspring and that takes a male counterpart. If homosexuality was right and natural then how would we ever continue the human race??? Please name one other animal on this earth where a male is with a male......I know people would say you can't compare humans to animals but we are. We are the more intelligent species of animals but we are animals. Heterosexuality just seems a little more natural to me....

This is a question that I too ponder from time to time. I am a straight male but have a couple friends who are gay. Some would say that by praying and living a life of celebacy if you don't care for women at all you would be doing the right thing. I'm not sure if we will ever know the answer to this question until we go home. In my personal opinion which is not backed by any religious organization, I find it difficult to believe that if a person has a good heart and helps others, that this person will be cast into hell for being gay or being another religion. I pray that I am right.

Man is made in Gods image, so were Adam and Eve, if we were ment to be gay God would have put two males or two females together right from the beginning, He made man and women to populate the earth, kind of hard to do with same sex. God did say that a man shall not lay with another man as he lays with a woman for it is an abomination to God, saying that I'm sure he don't want a woman laying with another woman as she lays with a man.
Read about Sodom and Gomorrah in the Bible, that is why God destroyed it because of their perverted sex acts with same sex and with animals. All of which is not what God intended from the very beginning. There is a literal hell, you can read it through out the Bible right thru to Revelation. I do believe that being gay is a choice, as it dosen't come from God. It is a sin, but we are to love the sinner and hate the sin.

NO you are mislead in two points. 1st the world is deceived about what hell is a bible concordanc and a good encyclopedia will tell you what hell is: it means simply ( the Grave ) point 2: NO PERSON is born gay it most assuredly is a choice one makes.
Gods image: means He has a head two eyes a nose a mouth two ears two arms well you get the point.
Ro 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Ro 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Ro 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Ro 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Ro 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Ro 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Ro 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Ro 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Ro 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Ro 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Ro 1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Ro 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

The only reason a person would turn to be gay is because they are lost and need to turn to God. Whole cities in the Bible were destroyed because of sins like this. (Yes, lost people of this world, homosexuality is a sin).

proof....Romans 1:26-27 Romans 1:29, 32 KJV

(vs 26) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections; for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: (vs 27) And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. (vs 29) Being filled wiht all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, nurder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, (32) Who knowing the judgement of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Being gay is NOT a sin. God loves you no matter what. If we are created in God's image why are we different colors? Why are we male and female, does that mean that God is also female (I am a Wiccan so I believe that anyway)? Do not stress about going to Hell because if God was against it we wouldn't be here at all, would we?

My mum is a Christian she was telling me that God made man in his spiritual image not the human body image. I wonder if peoples spirits are gay? But it still doesn't make sense coz I believe people are born gay to.

Gays won't burn in hell if they are truly gay.
Remember there are those very few gays who simply do it out of thinking being gay is a fad or even those who do it for money.
It's those Fake Gays God hates, simply because God hates liars.
Those gays who are truly gay are just as much God's children as anyone else. Love is Love is Love is Love.

The most perfect gift is to know love.

Rejoyce in who you are, who you were made to be, in your family and friends who support you for simply being youself.
Surround yourself with loving and supportive people and know your personal relationship with God is your's alone.
Knowone but you and God can truly ever know what is in your heart.

No one can choose their sexuality, it's a part of who they are just as what hand you write with or the color of your eyes.
If you doubt this, try this website: http://www.whosoever.org/bible/index.html

Gods love be with you always!!!

everyone has their weaknesses. for some ppl, it's drinking too much alchohol, for some it's coveting, for some it's homosexuality. the choice is theirs whether or not to act on it. i like the idea of taking wutever i want whenever i want it, but i still choose not to do it because it's not right. i'm not trying to condemn homosexuals because i know that it's not easy for them regardless of the choice they make, but it is still wrong.

No, no, no, please don't listen to those other people. There are many Christians out there who recognize that homosexuality is not a sin, that those verses are cultural in context. If you really need guidance please feel free to email or im me, and I'll be glad to talk more with you.
Please don't let some of the oppressive views of some, not all Christians, get to you.
