They're called sweat pimples. Nothing to worry about. They form when you sweat alot on your legs, normally starting about now and ending when the weather cools. Just pop them like zits, but don't squeeze them to death. They'll stay red and swollen and look like they'll need popping for a few days after but they won't, just let them heal. In the mean time, do wear shorts and let your legs breathe. That's probably most of your problem.

Note: You probably don't have lyme disease, chiggers, and I doubt you're getting bit by spiders. This is a normal thing that every male I know gets, including myself.

You need to see a doctor. At first as I was reading, i thought maybe you just had razor burn or ingrown hairs. BUT, now that I'm thinking about it, they may be bug bites. Perhaps spider! Definatly go see a doctor!

maybe you have a bad case of ingrown hairs. Every girl gets them once and a while. Make sure you have a sharp, good quality razor and use shave gel. Also, put lotion on your legs after shaving.

These sound like spider bites. Have them checked out by a doctor because if you've been outside, they could also be tick bites and you could have been exposed to Lyme disease.

EEEEEK! I know from experience what you have! Are you ready? This is going to gross you out, sit down...get a glass of water...think calm....get your wallet out and car keys...ready to run to the nearest drug store NOW!!!
CRABS! I had picked mine up on a toilet seat (long story there), you may have gotten them anywhere, they are alive and bury themselves in your skin. That is why they (bumps, red, itchy) move around. I squeezed one once when I had them, what made me try this I don't know, maybe my Guardian Angel didn't want me to suffer innocently. When I squeezed it, I got someting out on my finger and it MOVED! And it looked like a microscopic sized crab. Get the Lice soap at the drug store, wash your legs REALLY well, your private parts too, as they may travel up your let to a "clean" spot. Wash your sheets and blankets in bleach and hot water, dryer on High heat, gotta kill the ones traveling around your house now. Vacumm your sofas, chairs, might want to wipe down your floors REALLY well too. If they were just "under cover" like mine, in my private "warm" place then yo wouldn't have to worry so much about the sofa's and all. You got the answer you needed, now jump in the car before they spread, and they will, a lot like fleas these little buggers are! That is why the one on your other leg disappeared, he probably went to the "party" on your infested leg. The iching is caused by their moving about in your skin and feeding on the blood supply there! Like I said EEEEEEEKK! If you want to squeeze one and look at what comes out, go ahead, but it weirded me out big time when I saw it move! It doesn't mean you are dirty, they are just like fleas and when you come in contact with them they hitch a ride. You could have picked them up anywhere since they are on your legs. Even a park bench, or a sofa somewhere, its where someone sat and you were lucky enough to play taxi driver and blood donor as well. Good luck! Now get to the store ok? Any lice product will work on them, it will kill them in a few washings. Even after the real "lice product" you wash with, you can buy a bottle of Dog flea soap to wash with for the next week or so. Ya want em gone yes? These products are ok for your "you know whats too", just like an animals parts! Don't scrub, just lather and let the soap sit on you for a few minutes, turn off the shower (save on that hot water bill), then after a few, just rinse off lightly. Sure you will have a new "perfume" smell for a few days but no one will know what "scent" it is, ha ha? Smile, rescue is on its way, by by buggers! Nothing to be ashamed about, but the person who has them and left them for you to pick up, just like fleas, should be shot and hung up by their feet for 24 hours, its totally gross yes?
I saw all those other answers, Chicken Pocs? Razor burn" The one that said lice or chiggers is almost right, but I KNOW from experience, especially like you said they move around, disappear, pop up there, then its over a bit. Mosquitos aren't that previlent, you'd see em flying around all about you if you have so many yes? No need to see a doctor, see the pharmacist
