I love cats. I love them fried, bar-b-qued, baked, stuffed, sauted, and roasted. Cat, the other white meat. Some many cats, so few recipes. Hey, Betty Crocker....how about Cat Helper?

First of all you shouldn't hate cats for that!
Cats are not evil!
I wouldn't believe the thing you said to your husband either!
I have three cats and they don't give me a problem and we have five kids and one of them are a baby and that never happens!
Maybe you just looked at the wrong cat!
Do you think that way about kittens too?

The concept of evil (or good) is a human idea and doesn't really apply to cats. My x-wife believed that breath stealing thing, but both of my kids never had a problem. (note: X-wife!) Kids that grow up with no pets tend to have more allergies. Best of all, if you click on the little blue words that say "Check Spelling," You won't get ragged on as much.

Cats do that to a baby that maybe has thrash tongue which that's when the milk stays in their mouth and its a condition...anyway cats smell that on a baby's breath and they try to lick it out and sometimes it has been known that a baby can suffocate.....Cats are not evil...they just want milk

Cats do not try to steal baby's breath. Some cats are attracted to the smell of a baby because they smell like milk. but, they, in no way try to kill a child. in fact, most cats seem not to want to be around babies. babies are loud, they cry, and they often pinch cats as they try to grab and hold them. cats are not evil. they are just animals trying to make it in a human world. we are here to help them and to take care of them. animals are not evil. they do not know evil. if you gave them a chance, you might change your opinion. quit being so gullible and naive regarding old wives tales.

you are silly. Cats are just cats they don't do any of those silly things. How old are you? You sound like you are in grade school. In ancient Egypt cats were worshiped but that doesn't make them gods either. They are just the great mouse hunters and ridders of small vermin. Respect an animal that is useful in the human culture with out them we would be overrun by rats and mice.

I can't say I "hate" cats. That is just a bit extreme. I do dislike them tho. Only because I'm more of a bird lover than cat person. Only cats I really get attached to are ones I meet if my current gf has them.

I like cats. I don't have any right now.
They don't take the babies breath away. They get on the baby because they smell milk.
Just stay away from kitty cats.

Well, I had to answer this one... Your husband doesn't believe you because you're crazy!! OR are you... Maybe he's a cat and just trying to pacify you... what's it like when he kisses you, do you feel breathless? do you ever wake up in the middle of the night to find him just staring at you? Maybe you should be concerned. We cat people are everywhere....
