What should I do with my hair for the upcoming casual dance at my school?

Is your hair long or short? First wash it. Pmsl. If long a plait, maybe a French braid. If short swished back.

If its casual, do something nice to it but dont get it done professionaly. For example, if you usually wear your hear up, let it down and style it cute. Or if you wear your hair down, put it up really nicely. If you do a complete mix between the two, do something somewhat exotic but not overdone.

Basically, just do enough to make people notice a diffrence, but not think you spent hours doing it.

If you keep it in a hutch it will probably be okay for the evening. Maybe you could ask a responsible neighbor kid to check on it while you are out if you are really worried about it.
