Really, I don't think Jesus was of any race, specifically. Yes, His mother was Jewish, but that is a religion, not a race. Technically, He should be of the Middle-Eastern descent, but The Bible says that he had hair of wool and eyes like fire. From eyesight, all races except for African-American have good hair. I am not saying He was black though. Spiritually, He was the son of God. So whatever God's race is, Jesus is also. However, God has no race. Jesus is often portrayed as a a really light-colored man in movies and books. I have know idea why that is because people on Earth don't know what he looks like. So why don't we just wait and see when we get to heaven. ( If we get to heaven! )

Watch the movie, BILLY JACK, 1971 starring Tom Laughlin. There is a scene in that film where the kids in the school put on a skit and a girl gives birth to a black Jesus. That was very controversial at the time and the studio wanted to cut that scene from the film.

Because most do not think about where Jesus came from he could be black or Arab. But instead European monks painted the first pictures on Jesus and they made him look like them with white skin blue eyes and Blondie or brown hair. If people were to question what Jesus looked like they would have to question all of their beliefs

Remember he did have hair of wool

I would debate the "not Jewish" argument there, my child, but as for Jesus' race? The only "race" I know of is Human. Jesus was definitely human. I think we can both agree on that. AS for the colour of his skin, I don't give a rat's behind about that. All I know is that he was a good man. Now you be one too.

Well, because 'most' people think you are just trying to stir up some dust just to watch it settle out. Have you got any facts to back up your claim. Just saying it won't fly-need some proof.
There is no indication in Scripture what color Jesus was, it is assumed He was Middle Eastern. That's not black. He could be dark, he could be white-we do not know. How do you know-if you do?

I've heard it tought that Jesus and many others may have been black or had some black in him. I've heard it from many Bible scholar's it does offend me in the slightest. He made all races so I wouldn't be surprised as I've often thought maybe he had a bit of every race in him.

Because, people are ignorant.
Besides, the history of Christianity, the way we know
it today, would have to rewritten. Can you see that happening?
No way!
Jesus is the son of God - therefor he is God.
And God created us, all of mankind, in his image.
In other words - God is all colours.
It really is not very important what colour Jesus was,
as long as you belief and Jesus lives in your heart.
God bless.

Because it sounds like you are trying to say that Jesus belongs to the black people, that He is exclusive to the black people and nobody else. If that is not what you are trying to say, you must find a way to communicate more clearly.
