I would like to try bangs what do you think?

I have hair that is down to my mid back even length all the way around. I have had this hair style for a loooooooooong time and kind of scared to change it. I do NOT want to cut the length. Do you think bangs would be a good or bad idea and why?

Why did you answer my question saying you had hair to your knees, when here you say it is midback. Lol! I almost picked yours as the best answer! (Or do you mean mid back throughout your whole frame, then that would be midback to your knees) I think bangs might look a little goofy. I don't know. I used to be a hairdresser, though, and people who would cut bangs with hair to the knees looked a little wierd. Maybe just fringe layers around the face a little bit. *shrugs*

Bangs are great. They really help accent your face and help if you have a long forhead. As far of what style bangs it depends on your face structure, people with high cheekbones or round faces look great with straigh across thick bangs. Other than that wispy or hanging bangs will normally work. Be careful though if you have acne problems bangs will worsen them alot. The oil from your hair will clog your pores.

Bangs might look good. What the heck, go for it.
But if you have loose ends you might also get the ends trimmed once in a while, just so it doesn't look bad.

Just make sure to keep it healthy.

I friggin love the side swipe bangs..it's so modern and can update any hairstyle, still being sexy and feminine while also being fun and hip. Go for it!

depends on your face shape. it looks good on some people and not so much on others. it looks retarded on my face. ask a professional hair person
