I'd like to run in the morning, but then I have to wait about an hour after I eat breakfast to warm up (can't live w/out bkfast!). Anyways, what works best for YOU?

Pilates/Ashtanga Yoga and cardio in the morning and some kind of relaxing yoga at night!

I would like to wake up EARLY in the moring and go run, then take a shower. and sometimes im tired after that so i take a little nap then i get up and eat breakfast, and then go to work, and then sometimes after work i go and i run a little then clean the house and then by the time its dinner time, so i have time to rest before i eat. early in the morning as in 5 then get back at 6 mabey 63o, take a shower, then i take a nap till 7:30 and then i have to be at work at 8:30. then i get home at 5:30, get ready to run if i feel good, if i dont then i just do set up etc. then i rest then its time for dinner, and then i eat then i take another shower and then its time for me to go to bed.

A brisk walk in the a.m. after proper hydration for 30 minutes always makes my breakfast taste better. An enjoyable walk after dinner always makes me sleep better. Thrice a week and after work aeorbic workout helps me feel energized. It helps me to enjoy my favorite activity better and I am always in a good mood around my friends and family.

Last summer, I started exercising at night because of the heat warnings and I haven't been able to bring myself to do it in the morning, since.

Working out after work works best for me. I can go and let off all the steam from work. Then I can go home, shower and relax

i exercise between 10am-12 pm and i stay there for like 2-3 hours...i mean i go to a gym...i feel so good as my selfesteem.! i can see the changes in my body..cuz i wanna get smaller thighs..and i can see my "4" pack showing up..

lol Whenever I get the opportunity! Sometimes before the kids get up in the morning and sometimes after they have gone to bed!
