Make sure you completely cook your lasagna noodles. If they are dry or partly cooked they will absorb all of the water in the tomato sauce.

I just made four lasagnas today. It is kind of my specialty and I have to make one for my sister and her family, my brother and his, my parents and myself. I make both a red sauce one and a white sauce one.

Make sure to slightly add a little bit of water, about a cup for every two jars of spaghetti sauce you use. Place it on the stove and bring it to a boil. When assembling make sure that the sauce is "puddling" on each layer. If you can still see the cheese or noodles then you are not using enough. Definitely cover it with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven at 350 F for one hour. Ten minutes before it is done cooking remove the foil and let the top brown.

My turns out saucy and cheesy and never dry. I hope some of this helps. Good luck!

I want to make sure you're cooking the noodles before putting them in the pasta, for starters. If you don't want to cook the noodles first, you have to buy special noodles that are ready for the oven. Check the package.

Try using fewer layers of noodles, and thicker layers of cheese and filling. Mix in an egg with the ricotta mixture to keep it moist. Add vegetables that retain moisture, like spinach.

Cover it with foil for the majority of cooking. Uncover for the last 5-10 minutes to brown the top and make cheese bubbly.

Maybe you're using too much noodle, or cooking it at too high a temp. for too long...like the other person said, cover it with foil. Do you use eggs w/your ricotta? Instead of ricotta I use cottage cheese.
Good luck!

Try lowering the oven temperature and cooking time. Also make sure that you are covering it with foil until the last few minutes (just to let the top brown).

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

Tightly cover it with aluminum foil. It won't dry out.

~Have you ever tried Rachel Ray's 30-minute Lasagna? She uses Raviolis (boiled al dente) and it comes out really creamy.~
