No commercial freezer will even make Tequila or any alcohol freeze unless you mix it with some other non-alcoholic liquid, like margarita mix first. This will lower its freezing point,, but theres no point in diluting or even chilling Patron. If you want to chill it then you have no business drinking good Tequila, go back to Cuervo and save our money as you have no taste.

Yes. Any liquid can freeze, but because of the alcohol content it has to get much colder then 32F. It will be safe in the freezer if that is what you are asking.
And by the way, alcohol DOES freeze.

It depends on your freezer. Generally tequila won't freeze, but if you have a really cold freezer, it could get kind of slushy.
My Cuervo Traditionale would freeze about half the time.

i don't know. I know alcohol wont freeze, but I put a pristine bottle of don julio in the freezer and it is getting ice it in.. what up with that?

Not at freezer temperature... you like patron? you can't even find it in mexico.
If you want some real good tequila try tesoro, don julio or casa noble...
