I think there are SOME McDonald's restaurants in North America that deliver but most don't.
Check their website for locations.

I saw in NY City a McDonald's delivery bike!!!!!!!
They had red and yellow jackets that said Mc Donald's Delivery
I swear it
Wish they had that everywhere

I'll bet if you call any McDonald's and
tell them your obese and unable to fit
in your car...they will gladly make daily
deliveries to you! (For a xtra fee of course)

In my country,Singapore they will if you order some.It's called 24 hrs mcdonald delivery.
