Several months, probably at least a year, minimum. Answers was in alpha testing most of last year, it went into public Beta release on Dec 7, 2005 and is still being developed.

this is a site which is like the yahoo answers, well it even has a leader board, check it out, http://www.friendscyberclub.com/ though it went under maintainence, and is to be online from july, means more 20 days from today expected, be the first to join it,

Umm... maybe a week would be rushing it, so about a month-month and a half would be enough to to do a GOOD job.
