What would cause a TS woman (male to female) to have bleeding type periods?

Would get very sick just before beginning. It started with low dosage estrogen and endeded with higher dosage. Lasted about two years and was a little over four weeks apart and was regular.

It sounds just like pms and regular periods that a woman with a uterus and ovaries would have. It could be the hormones. The same type of thing happens sometimes when you miss a birth control pill and have to double up or change pills. Have you spoken with your doctor about it? It could be a symptom of something serious.

TS male to female do not have periods. There's something else going on there.
