At the risk of having yet another question removed by Yahoo, I still feel bound to ask…
If it is proper to ask Public Schools to teach religion via Creationism, should we not ask that Churches reciprocate and teach science via Evolution in Sunday School?
It seems an equitable arrangement and favors neither…. Especially considering that churches vastly outnumber schools.

That is a very interesting insight.....however i dont think evolution should be taught in sunday school, everything has a time and space. In school, I think there should be taught both things, that way the person has a right to choose whatever view they desire.

Religion and evolution do not go toghether just as whole milk should not be taken with fruits. Knowing the deffinition of this words should help.
Religion- the service and worship of God (a pricipal that God is the creater of all things)
Evolution-a theory that the various types of animals and plants have their origin in other preexisting types and that the distinguishable differences are due to modifications in successive generations

No I do not think religious schools should teach evolution nor any other school for that matter but likewise schools should not be required to teach creation

I go to a Catholic school and they teach evolution in the 7th grade...

I went to a private (catholic) school and we were taught it in our high school Biology class.
