i loved when i was 12 and know i am 18 and i still love that person why do i love him even thought he doesn't care about doesn't even think about me why i alwayes think of him alll of thise years eve thought i traveled why?

We all tend to hang onto our fantasies, even when its obvious that their never going to come true. But obsessing about him might be preventing you from noticing even better guys that DO want you.
But dont give yourself a hard time about it, that will only make things worse. Accept that he was a 'big' love of yours - and that you will always love him - in a way.
You will have lots of 'big' loves in your life - there is always room for more.

its true .. you know every person thinks about there first love every now and than .. you cant just forgot something that big ,.. it obviously was a big impact on your life .. you know its ok not to forget him but .. you have to move on ... i wish i could say time kills it .. but it doesnt .. try to focus on other things inlife you know .. but you ... sweetie ...
maybe there is a reason you havent forgot him .. my sister dated her 7th grade crush until 10 grd and you know she said she couldnt ever forget him .. and she ended up marrying him .. and he never acted like he cared but look how that ended up .. well i wish you luck sweetie .. love is a hard thing

I still think of my first love and that was 10 years ago...I just guess we never forget our first true love. How do you know he doesn't think about you? You're still young, once you find "the right one" you may still think of him, but you won't care that he doesn't think of you...Good luck in love!

I think it is because you have never really met another guy you feel a conection with so your infatuated with this guy from your childhood and it will be that way until you meet another.
