I'm moving into a new loft and it has very high ceilings. I'd like to find a HUGE (preferably black and white) photo, print, or advertisement to take up an entire wall. The print would need to be 6' x 8' or larger. I know they occasionally have huge Victoria's Secret ads in the stores, and it'd be cool to find one of these, but really anything large and cool would be great.

Try you local Mall, and those frame stores, they carry lots of posters. The size you are looking for though, seems a bit big for those they carry.
But if you see a store, with one of those large posters, ask the Manager, what they do with them, when they done using them.
You may get one for free, or a small fee. Lets face it, there can't be that much demand for something that large.
Good Luck.
One other suggestion, if that doesn't work out, try some wallpaper, just one roll should do it. They have a wide variety available. You could even frame around it, with some wood framing material.

Check out the first issue of Martha Stewarts new mag, Blueprint. There is an article about blowing up ordinary things (my favorite was a raffle ticket) at Fedex/Kinko to make wall art. They came out great.
