Yes, I do. However, some strong hair spray will take care of it. I recommend "firmata" from "Aveda" which retails for about $10.
You can find an Aveda salon on line or ask your local salon if they carry it.

I'm a female and I'm so over this look. We get alot of ladies visiting our island from Japan, and it seems to be a big trend there.

Yeah it does look awful....Don't let it get to you though because they are the ones who have a bad hair day , not you....they actually make me laugh :)
