I assume from this and your other question that you are in your teen years and the naggers are parents.
Before you were 12 years old, there were several years when your parents had total influence in your life. Now you are in the process of becoming your own person, you are claiming that influence. Your parents are reacting to the loss of that influence.
Your parents have a lot of experience in life and want to help you and keep you safe from dangerous stuff. Your process of becoming your own person appears to them like you are rejecting what they feel is good advice. They fear that you will one day have a catstrophe that will hurt you and change the rest of your life for the worse.
Do your best to respect your parents when they do good things for you. Consider doing what they are nagging about. Do it because you think it's good to do, not because they made you do it. Pick and choose what you feel is good for you to do. Do good things for yourself without being nagged. You will earn their respect and they may nag less.
They may nag as a way to calm their fears about what they see as impending doom for your future, so understand why they do it and tolerate it as much as you can. They don't do it to make you feel bad or make you feel bad about yourself, they don't realize you feel that way. They do it because they care about you and want you to have a good and happy life.
Be glad they nag and don't ignore you and care less about how your life will be lived in the future.

because you are enjoying your youth and vitality.
they want you to buckle down and take life more seriously, and be normal.
that's the price of being happy when other people want to control you.
