Men love smart women.
What guy (who has at least half of a brain) wants a dumb girl to raise his kids?????????????????
And, it sure would make for a nicer life if the woman was smart enough to bring home a decent amount of money to help the family have a nice life.
As a dad, I KNOW that my hope is that my kids --- both boys AND GIRLS --- are smart.
Oh, if a guy gets intimidated, he's not going to get intimidated by a smart girl (although she MIGHT be boring). A guy is far more likely to get intimidated by a totally gorgeous girl.

Most men like women who they can walk up to a have a conversation with. If the women is fun, friendly, happy, and outgoing, then sure. Everyman wants a women who will make him look and feel good about himself, just as every women would want the same.

It depends on the man. If you are the sort of guy who wants to be king, then probably not. Also if you are insecure about accepting the fact that you might be wrong or not always be the best then again, no.
With that said, if you like to have a "team-mate" that can help you win in life... this would be your ideal partner. ^^

personally,i 've always prefered smart girls, they'r much interesting and they always have something interesting to say, which is very important.
