What is your knowledge on the “Mind’s Eye” or “Third Eye”?

For instance, i perceive that you have heard or studied the teachings of the 5% nation who teach that we must look at the world from our inner eye and see the underlying truth behind all things. Sister, I read about it somewhere a LONG time ago.

Recently, I tried to look it up again, because it sounded like a good idea for a book (fiction). Unfortunately, what I found was that my original reading must have also been fiction.

The "third eye" (as I remember it) was supposed to be a bunch of nerve endings in the middle of the human forehead where a *third eye* would be -- in fact, much the same nerves as our actual eyes require ! And certain Pagan sects were claiming that this was the source of ESP and other psychic phenomena.

My recent research, however, does NOT substantiate this claim of an *extra* bundle of *eye-nerves* in the middle of the human forehead. As to what Pagan sects may claim, I have no idea. So much for my story idea !
