well, i will assume you are under 18 and so since she is your mother, yes, she can make that choice for you. so, either she will have to fly with your or your dad will have to fly over and then fly back with you.

Well Samantha, of coarse she should be able. She's your mother. First of all, we don't know your age, we don't know your mother's relationship with dad, and we know nothing of your father. Maybe she has legitimate reasons and she's trying to protect you. Maybe she thinks your too young to fly alone (i don't think you are: I've been flying alone since i was 8yrs old). Maybe she has not-so-legitimate reasons and hates the fact that your dad gets to enjoy a summer with you. But either way, if you express too her how important it is to you, I'm sure she'll be reasonable about the situation.

If you are a minor, living in her home, she has the right to put some limits on you.
If, by your actions, you have shown yourself untrustworthy or rebellious and resentful, she may not extend you much freedom even though you think you should have it.
Are you able to sit down and discuss this peacefully with her?

Are you under 18 and is your mom your legal guardian? If yes, then the answer is YES! If your dad wants you to come stay with him, he will come get you, otherwise its just the way it is.
