aloe vera plant or aloe. You can get it at walmart. Also a cold cloth of some sort could relieve it for a while.

Aloe Vera is the best remedy for burns. It is 100% gel from the Aloe Vera plant and it works. Put as much on as you want and as often as you want. It feels nice and cool immediately and heals the fastest and prevents skin pealing. If you are looking for soothing of a burn, go get some Aloe, now!

Soak in a lukewarm bath to which you have added several large tea bags (Pekoe is fine.) Then cover the entire burn with 100% aloe vera gel which you can get at any variety store, drug store, etc. Some have a little topical pain medication added but this won't hurt, either. I always find it helps to powder up with baby powder after that; reduces any friction against your skin. Good luck and wear block the next time. Believe me, I've had cancers removed from my face and the doc said it was from sun exposure from when I was a child.

When I was severely sun burned (fell asleep at the beach), a friend of mine, a nurse, emptied a bottle of Witch Hazel into a bowl and put the bowl in the freezer. When it was almost frozen, she dipped a washcloth in it and put the ice cold Witch Hazel on all burned areas. I had no pain or blisters the next day.

Try to get some pure Aloe Vera gel or apple cider vineger helps too, but it does stink also. i have done this with my children and it helps, just soak a washcloth in the vineger and put it on your sunburn spots, leave it on for about 10 minutes at a time, it helps take the burning feeling out. Also use a heavy moisturizing lotion to put back the moisture in your skin. you can put both the lotion and aloe on together .

Take motrin or tylenol to get rid of the pain. Then get some aloe or lotion with aloe and rub it on the sun burn.
