adjust your CO2... if not on CO2 system tilt cup and make sure you are doing a full pour... not half pouring!

CO2 pressure may be too high. Adjust it you only want to push beer out at about 5 - 7 pounds.

Or, the keg was jostled. Let is set for a while

Or, there is a disparity between the glass temperature and the beer temperature. Make sure the beer is about 40-48 degrees depeneding upon style. Many fridges have trouble staying this warm.

make sure your temperature is set at 40 or below,if beer is too warm it will foam

Let it settle. Stop pumping it. Give it a rest for about an hour. Only pump it maybe twice, and that's it.
