Fruit and vegetables are best for dieting! I'm currently on weight watchers and have been steadily losing weight up to a stone and a half so far and have gone from a size 14-16 to size 12 (just to give you an idea of what iv lost) I have fruit and yogurt for breakfast, soup for lunch and something relatively healthy for tea like chicken and stuff. I cut out a lot of carbs. And I can still have Quavers and some chocolate every day if I wanted to! I don't think you should worry that much about the fat content to that level. Weetabix is a healthy breakfast, also if you bacteria skimmed milk instead of semi skimmed there's less fat. Chicken breast is good its low in fat and high in protein which is what helps your muscles burn fat. The things you name are snack type things, I would swap snack foods for fruit. I don't know about you but I tried dieting for ages with not that much success as I was counting calories, then when I started thinking about fats proteins carbs etc it all got a bit confusing. Iv found it so much easier on a proper diet plan, because you don't have to think about all the content really just finding things on the plan that you want!

Dairy products and bread products contain the most fat. These products store fat in the body, due to heavy starches. Vegatables and baked or grilled chicken, turkey, and fish are good foods with very little fat. Also lay back on sodas, and suger filled drinks such as koolaid try to drink as much water as possible. Water will make you fill full therefore you don't eat as much. For breakfast eat egg beaters. But lay back on foods with starches, and drink LOTS of WATER in order to loss weight.

deep fried food, frozen chips being very high as they are precooked in fat then frozen waiting to be cooked in fat again. Pastry because there is a lot of sugar, butter etc: chocolate high in sugar high in fat, fast foods as they are double cooked in fat and the list goes on

They have this cheese burger that is made on a Krispy Kreme Donut.
I'll link it to you.

1,000 calories and 45 grams of fat.

Ok that's not much fat but I still think it's bad for you...

Have fun!
