Fruits and vegetables (with 1spoon olive oil), 3 liter water per day (minimum), 100-150 gr meat or fish, and low fat milk (2 glasses) or a yogurt (2% fat).
No salty food, no refreshments, no butter/margarine only olive oil, no sugar, no sweets.

If you are really serious about losing weight, give up dairy products and bread products. These products store fat in the body. Vegatables and baked or grilled chicken, turkey, and fish are good. Also lay back on sodas, and suger filled drinks such as koolaid try to drink as much water as possible. Water will make you fill full therefore you don't eat as much. For breakfast eat egg beaters. But lay back on foods with starches, and drink LOTS of WATER. Good Luck.

balanced portions of each food group with absolutely none from the sweets/ oils and fats secion, get your required fats from heathy sources such as Olive oil (especially), and nuts.

-meats, go very light on, i suggest only seafood and chicken until you lose all the weight you need, then you can go back to beef and pork, but lightly

-vegetables, go heavy on, and fill up, these things have very little calories but lots of mass and tons of nutirents, so you feel full and burn more calories than your eating. hence, weight loss gets easier

-fruits, not so heavy on because they have about twice as much calories as vegetables, but still, replace all your sweet snacks with friut

-grains, becareful, some are healthy and some are empty calories like white bread, eat whole grain foods and don't go too heavy on these, they have lots of calories so i'd say about 3-4 servings a day

-dairy, technically, you don't even need this food group, you can get more calcium from leafy green vegetables than a glass of milk.

My doctor told me once that if I ate a piece of fruit first before any meal or snack that I would lose weight.

Just eat fruits everyday for a month and you will lose 5 kgs..believe me!!~

anything your heart disires!! my mom went on a diet several years back, i cant remember what it was called, that you can eat anything but you have to eat less of each different food. she lost over 50 pounds in less than 8 months!!! she feels sooo much better about herself!!! hope this helps!!!!!!!

celery burns calrories while you are eating and it does matter what foods you eat you have to chew fast... and by chewing fast you burn calories
