she is ma best friend and we know each other for 2 yrs ,, but ma feelings has changed towards her and i'm totaly in love with her and im getting crazy coz i cant tell her affraiding of loosing her ,,, so i finaly decided to tell her and take the resk , so , her birthday is after a few days , so should i give her the gift (which is valuable) and tell her ma feelings at the same day or , should i wait some days after the birthday ?????????? i dont want her to think that this gift is to seduce her mind ........................................................................... advice plzzzzzzzz

Take the risk, tell her your feeling. And prepare for the worst. Otherwise you will be living with a secret that will discolor the relationship and likely increase the possibility of losing her.
Before letting the cat out of the bag, you might want to ask her a hypothetical question like: what would you do if you liked somebody, but did not know how to say it?

I have never "loost" a girl before ... and confessing your feelings by saying that you love her might freak her out (judging from your comments). I also agree with some of the other respondents that buying an expensive gift and then confessing may be a bit much.

Get her a simple gift if you really want to use her b-day as the day to tell her. If everything works out, you can get her the expensive one later.
