I try not to worry aobut what people think, but what makes it difficult is if you are a part of a small community - people can make your business their business and impose their opinion on you - even about the most private and trivial things. This bothers me so much and I really wish that through the year I had been able to ignore people and their bad manners. I let them mould me and as a result I am less of a person - more bitter more insecure. I need to work on that. I wish people would not be so imposing, but I guess since they won't change I have to try to find a way - even at my age.

You know, I used to do that. I used to wake up in the morning wondering how people would view me. Sometimes, I would linger over what I would wear in the morning to work, and I used to do this for HOURS!! Until I went to work one day, and I talked, really talked to one of my co-workers about it. She told me that one day, I would wake up and not care anymore. That the strain of always agonising over what other people would say about me would finally take a toll on my nerves, and I found that to be true. It's now been almost a year ago now, and I can honestly say that I no longer care what others say OR think about me. I live my life for ME, and no one else, and if people cant handle that, then they aren't worthy to be my friend. I now spend about a half hour, maybe 40 minutes deciding what I am going to wear for that day, but no more hours pondering what am going to wear just to want to impress people. It took a long time for me to get where I am now, and I am really and truly happy!

I am going to borrow a saying from a very good friend of mine from a few years back but I still live it to this day. " If you can look at the person staring back at you in the mirror and be happy, nothing or nobody else matters" In other words be happy with who and what you are. Don't worry about what others think cause at the end of the day the only person that matters is the one looking back at you.

My parents brought me up to believe I am amazing I am beautiful and I can do anything I want to do if I really want it. As a result of this up bringing I am amazing I am beautiful and yes I can do anything I want to do if I really want to do it. I am a very popular person because of my positive attitude BUT there are those people who do not like me BUT I do not care I do not care what people think of me, I would never purposely hurt anybody or never judge others before looking at myself so as a result BLISS be good and do good and you will find you don't have to worry what others think because you will be your own judge. Be confident you are wonderful and don't forget it, for every one that judges you two will love you......

i dont really care so much what ppl think. i do n a way. im the kind that wants to loved n accepted by all but i finally came to a point in high school when i just said screw you all, i dont care. idressed how i wanted and just stopped trying to make everyone like me. ive been happier since and make friends easier. i go out in my jammies or color my hair purple in a area overflowing with rednecks, i dont care. i am the same person with rainbow colored hair as i would be in a pair of boots n rocky mountains, if others cant see that then i dont need them in my life ne hoo.

I am vain as hell about that stuff, a flaw in my character I suppose, I am learning to loosen up. I use to wouldn't go out until I had a shower and shave but I have been breaking the mold lately. I don't comb my hair, I put on a hat. I do brush my teeth, can't stand the nasty taste in the mornings. I always believed that you should always be prepared to meet a new person and put your best image forward, Phuck that shyt, this is the real me she is gonna wake up to in the morning, get use to it.

I don't wake up and worry about what people think of me. I like who I am and if someone has a problem with who I am, than they have a problem with themselves. People who judge, will be judged. Be yourself and like who you are. :)
This is my saying:
Dont look for the beauty nor softness of skin, but for the heart and mind that lies within. For beauty will fade and skin will grow old,but a heart that is loyal will never grow cold.

I used to worry like that, but that was when I wasn't very happy with myself. Now, I am a happily married woman and I am very content with my life so it doesn't bother me anymore what people think. I guess that means if you are happy with yourself it won't matter.

i don't care what people think of me because people talk about other people it is natural. people are going to talk and most of what they say is not true because they judge others before knowing them and that is really stupid. people should get to know others before blabbing their mouths
