It depends. Vicodin is just the brand name of the genaric acetametaphine... The amount depends on your perscription . Some docs will prescribe 80 mg or less or more... it depends on what the problem is. Just look at the perscription bottle and it will say how many mg are in each pill. Here's some good info.

Depends on the strength of the narcotic-- On the label ( you do have the bottle?) the narc is a synthetic and the narc and acetaminophen will be written in milligrams. The common way to write acetaminophen is APAP. Commonly this type medication has 500 milligrams of APAP.-- Lesser dosages have 325 milligrams of APAP.
