Google 'speed up metabolism'. There is no shortage of results. One of them claimed that coconut oil does the trick, but I find that hard to believe. Weren't the food nazis screaming a few years back about coconut oil being used to pop popcorn in movie theaters?

I don't know of any specific foods. But I do know that if you eat small frequent meals, and do lots of cardio your metabolism will speed up.
