my cats love playing in the bathtub wether it is wet or not, sometimes they make so much racket I think they are killing each other.
My only concern is that if one of them slipps they may get a serious leg or back injury.

Some breeds of cats enjoy water. Others just like to play in the tub. A friend has a cat that will jump into the tub with her but only for a bath, not a shower. Just accept that cats can be slightly crazy and still be normal - for a cat that is.

I think the rolling around in the shower is a way to cool herself off. The tile or fiberglass is nice and cool on a hot day. I have a cat and she likes to lay in the shower and play with the faucet, trying to catch the water dripping out of it. I have never heard of a cat liking water so much. But I wouldn't worry about it; it doesn't hurt her at all. I would just let her have fun.

Nothing is wrong with your cat. My cat enjoys sitting in the bathtub especially in the hot weather.

Nah, my cat likes to just sit in the shower all the time. Except when people are actually using it, of course.

That's really cute and very funny. There's nothing wrong with her, it's just a quirky thing she likes to do. My old cat used to lick the tub after someone took a shower. (Gross, I know.)

I agree with the others, she's just loving it. Sometimes I throw a small superball into the tub and watch the cats go nuts chasing it around.

My cat always sits in the shower. He just hates to be around it when it's wet.

There is nothing wrong with your cat. That is she is just cooling herself. My cats (I have 3 of them) and one of them curls up in my bathroom sink. He loves it when I leave the water on as a drip. I thought he was nuts! The I asked my vet and he said that it is his way of cooling off. And he likes the curve of my sink. It fits his body. And relaxes his spine. So that is what I do. I leave him alone and the faucet on a drip and he is in second heaven.

My cat likes to drink water out of the bathroom and kitchen sinks, he will come up meowing when he wants me to turn the water on to a trickle for him and he will sit there and drink and drink, I have also caught them sleeping in the tub before, think they just like the coolness of it.
