Very good question. The only woman around was Eve and she was his mother. Maybe some alien woman came down in a space ship and he married one of them.

It says in Genesis ch 5:3 that Adam had many other sons and daughters, so Cains wife was his sister.

He married a sister or niece, I presume. Genesis says that Adam and Eve had many children. Not just Cain, Abel, and Seth, the only 3 that are mentioned by name in Genesis

Cain married one of his nieces, there were no other women except his Sisters and Nieces.

There were not the in born diseases then and there were not others except sisters, and Adam and Eve had many chldren, but girls are not refered in scroptures, only the boys, unless for a special reason.
