It is just a plain old 30$ camera... It is called a Dual Mode Digital Camera model GC-A33. There isn't a screen on the back to view your pictures and you cannot record videos. It is just for digital pictures.
I was just wondering if anybody knew if I can download the software.

You can't really download the software for JVC camera, you can perhaps request JVC to send you the software. They may not if the camera is too old.
Does your camera have a memory card?
If so, then buy a card reader. Basically you the hook the card reader to your computer, you don't need any software. Then just insert the memory card into the card reader to download photos.
