They slaughter the cows with love and affection. And while they are alive they are kept on a strict diet of low fat yogurts and five helpings of vegetables a day. Lets not forget about a strict workout regiment to tenderize that meat.

i work at costco and well they inject all this stuff in the meat that makes it more tender i guess i have to work in the meat department for day it sucked.

they inject a 12% salt solution into there meat products.
it keeps the shelf life longer on the product.

its all in the meat. what i mean is they dont have alot of fat so you dont get that tuff chew peace of meat. and they also hand pick there meat out of the back they dont sell it if is not up to there standards.
