Yes. I've awakened myself by sneezing. I don't think I could sleep through one, though.

I think I have, but I was never sure. I became awake and never knew if I sneezed while asleep or after I awoke.

Yepp, cough too without knowing it. My parents have told me that my sneezing and coughing, without me know it, has kept them up all night. haha
