You have to come back from the beach sometime and staying around for those kinds of trips is not only detrimental for you but it's detrimental for him as well. Don't let your temptations get in the way of what you know is right. Why are you leaving? Are you really doing the right thing by leaving or are you just trying to get the point across that things aren't going the way they should be going. You need to address one problem at a time. Maybe a beach trip is a time that you need to solve some of the problems that you've been having, time for you two to spend alone talking and sorting things out. If you're just going to the beach to run away from the problems that you've been having they're going to be right there waiting when you get back. Give the effort to fix things and then if they can't be mended then it's time for you to go...without the beach trips.

Mate life's too short to be stuck in a relationship that your not really into. If you really want to leave him then do it, because if you don't you just might wake up 20 years down the track & regret the life you've had with the bloke lying beside you, & you only get 1 shot at life & you don't get to come back & have another go.

why stay just to go to the beach? if you are unhappy then leave, don't just use him for a free trip to the beach. but i think you need to rethink why you want to leave cuz you still sound like you like him.

He is using it as a carrot to dangle in front of you because he knows you are not happy. It's best to address the relationship issues and not stay because you simply want to go to the beach.

Well first of all, why would you want to leave him? If everytime you try to leave him and he brings up all the wonderful things you wants to do with you, it clearly shows that he loves you very much and he does not want to lose you at all.

If you are ready to go. Go. Do not allow yourself and your better judgement to be swayed by bribery.
