I have never said that to a person before so when i do find the right girl where is the best, most romantic place to say "i love you"?

I don't know losing virginity always happen spontaneously. It can happen anywhere just make sure the place is clean and comfortable. I would say in bed you can say I love you. Or out by the riverfront/ocean at night under stars. As long as you mean it and its sincere its always romantic.

well it depends on u two baby to me ! For example her favorite place ! Or where u feel most comfortable at. I say this do it when the time is perfect u know yall out enjoying urselves everything is going smooth yall have a great time and as the night comes to a close wherever u two are at just pull her close and be like I LOVE U ! end to a romantic perfect date !
