Stereotyping again!
You are refering to the extremes of the extremists. Don't treat all Christains like the nut jobs on the far right & I won't treat all Athiests like the nut jobs on the far left!
The nut jobs on the far left are also trying to impose restrictions on individual liberties. Just different liberties. Socialistic philosophy poses a real threat to our right to private property (money I worked hard for IS property!) Many seem to want to outlaw any public mention of anything Christian. And what about the constitutional right to bear arms. The extremeist want ALL guns abolished! (As if the criminals would comply)
I wouldn't try to label ALL liberals as if they are this extreme.

Well, a Christian would say that they believe such things to be wrong and that society would be better off if nobody did them, even if they wanted to or did not otherwise share their ideals. And they would say that they have the right to vote for their beliefs just as you do. I would say that they are wrong. It is the responsibility of members of society NOT to enshrine particular beliefs into law... that creates a mish-mash and a struggle for power where the majority is always oppressing the minority. Rather, only things which are demonstrably against society's interests WITHOUT REGARD to a person's individual beliefs should be restricted. Now, of the list you have included above, I would say that it probably isn't in society's interest to allow unrestricted access to and use of marijuana. We know people will make bad choices and endanger innocents. Even with our limited access to alcohol it happens all the time (that probably warrants more control, too). But I would agree that there's no point to forbidding it outright... there is undoubtedly SOME manifestation of use that creates no problems. And the same for most of the others, though for the others it's harder to see how innocents are likely to be accidentally destroyed. I'm sure there are some Christians who would try and outlaw premarital sex if they thought they could get away with it. It was them who managed prohibition too, however briefly.

Okay, let's try the atheist worldview for a second and see how you like it:
1) Sex all you want, who cares about AIDS, who cares about syphilis? It's all about instant gratitude, even if it means killing yourself! The atheistic worldview is a time bomb waiting to blow.
2) Let's all ignore God and worship created things rather than the Creator, offending God, because you don't care that He's a jealous God! He's shown you all this love, but you're not going to show Him your own love!
3) You call yourself pluralistic. Why not include Christianity in your pluralistic view? You have no rational basis to pick on Christianity, because according to your view, it ultimately doesn't matter who believes what, because we're all just an "interruption in the big cosmic act." You have no rational basis to detest Christians, even though we share our faith with others, because as a pluralist, you shouldn't even care what others think. You just should leave us alone to our work.
The atheistic movement is sexually transmitted diseases on the buzz, can be explained as an irrational murderous opposition to the Lord (who created us all and gave us the opportunity to be redeemed from the slavery of sin), ignoring the social problems which lead to death, and tendency toward anarchy.
Diversity is actually encouraged in Christianity, by the way, according to Galatians 3:28, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
That sure sounds like diversity, and this letter was written about 1900 years before the whole diversity movement arose in an atheistic government. By the way, the person above me is right, God created sex. There's nothing wrong with sex, but I assumed you meant immoral uses of sex; adultery, fornication, incest, animal, you name it. Sex within marriages is actually encouraged.

How can a group of people that follow the Creator of all things, whom by the way gave man free-will to begin with be against freedom. It was Martin Luther (founder of the Protestant church) who summed up the Christian faith as "Love Jesus and do what you want" Some believers use God to get their conservative opinions across, but Christianity stems from freedom, if God wasnt for it he would have made us all mindless, serving robots with no opinions or passions

Are you kidding?! God invented sex! He made it feel great and he fully expects us to enjoy it. I don't know where you get this idea that Christians are anti-sex, but I assure you that most of us aren't. I personally don't know any Christians who are anti-sex.
I think you must be confusing "anti-sex" with "anti-sexual sin". We are against pre-marital sex, extra-marital sex, incest, beastiality, sex with a minor, homosexuality (which is NOT the same thing as love), and sex that demeans or degrades anyone. This list is not intended to be all inclusive and anything not in this list isn't necessarily condoned.
Your question is faulty because it relies on assumed conclusion that just because we exercise SOME restraint and morality that it means we are against sex entirely. You'll never convince anyone who is honestly seeking truth that way, only those who already share your prejudice.

Real Christianity is total freedom. One judges sin individually, and one has confidence that since salvation is by Gods grace and will alone, that one can do nothing to lose salvation. This means that all things the Christian believes to be right, are right for him, and should he choose to do wrong, he knows that his only penalty will to be to suffer the consequences that his actions mandate.
This I believe; http://homelessheart.com/testimony.htm

Absolutely. The Christian Right wants all people restricted to their standards of right and wrong. Just like Handmaid's Tale.

The whole religion is made to make people obey a religious leader, so there must be rules. These limit the person who follows them, so Christians limit themselves. When controlling someone, you must limit them. And having them do it to themselves is religion.

christians see enjoyment as a sin. take sex for example they call that imorality or drinking weather you do it all the time or not they call it drunkardness eating if you enjoy it they call it glutten. so in a sence christians are agianst freedom but they can do nothing about it so they persecute anyone who is not just like them and anyone who enjoys their life to the fullest.
