I'd say Memphis schools are supposed to be bad.
Knox county is bad, too.

I live in Tennessee and I have no clue of any that are bad...i looked and couldn't find that as a list in the net.... My mom teaches in Polk county, and I know that's a great place!! (Its where I go to school)! But ummm... some schools in the bigger cities have bad systems, but I cant find a list. Sorry but Good Luck! DON'T LISTEN TO THEM THEY AREN'T ALL BAD, BY THE WAY, WE'RE AHEAD OF MISSISSIPPI IN TEACHERS PAY, NOT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SCHOOLS!!!!

TN public schools rank 49th in the county just ahead of Mississippi.
They're all bad.
