If you have the install disk for your word processor, just reinstall it.

If you dont, try calling tech support of the company that gave you the processor in the first place and ask them to hook you up with a new word processor.

If you can't get your old word processor back, get a new one (examples listed in sources).

Question doesn't make sense. The memory is wiped everytime you shut down. Maybe you deleted the shortcut to the program? If so do a search for winword.exe and create a shortcut for that on your desktop (winword is word).
