because sometimes u can't make that person loves u back which is a physically problem... sometimes u can't express ur self to the person u love... it's all about not giving up.. imagine that u want to reach the highest mountain, in the beginning u might be scared of how tall it's or that u might fall down.. so u take step back.. which is the same thing as when u scare to tell the person or express ur felling.. u must reach that mountain to reach ur goal

You just have to get over it. God duznt give you situations you cant handle... It's probably "preparing" you for ur nxt love. In the future, you deserve and you will get better...
