where could we find software that convert all files to mp4 because I have lots of video in different form and I want to download them to me ipod. I found lots of software but most of them didn't let me convert the whole video, just part of it...

I use Xilisoft Video Convertor. Its great, and allows number of formats in which I can convert a file.
My vote is for Xilisoft.
