that my brother has been sexually abused by his uncle when he was little whenever he spent the night with his uncle. even though that i was there and wasnt in the room when it happened, should i report it? what should i say to the cops and detectives if they start asking me questions about what happened to him and stuff and "do u want ur uncle behind bars" and stuff? i love my uncle and all but the catch is that my uncle is gay and that he has caused a bunch of deaths and fires in our family and stuff. do i tell the cops and stuff about that to??? and if ur reading this and ur a cop what can i do to put him behind bars for good??? please i need help!!!

depends on how old the brother is. if he is a child then please speak up for his sake to your parents and the cops.

If the brother is older then talk to him about it!
and when asked questions, answer as facts that you know and try to avoid emotion as it only confuses the situation. if this is true there may be other victims that you could help by speaking up and stopping him.
do not confront the peson doing this as you don't know how they will react.
also, him being gay or straight has nothing to do with this-both gay and straight people molest boys.
I know you love your uncle but you have to do the right thing and be strong.

Yes, you really need to report it! I know you love your uncle and what not, but you said he caused deaths and fires-thats not good. Tell the cops and detectives everything you know. Even if it's in the past it's safer to do it now before anything else bad happens.

Have you tried talking to your parents or a trusted adult about all this? If you haven't you should. You need to tell someone - especially about the abuse of your younger brother. Your uncle needs to be turned into the police if he is harming people.
Talk to your family/parents about whats going on and ask them to turn him in - if you can't then just contact the police yourself. When the police ask you questions just tell them the honest truth about what you know.

I think that if your brother could remember what had happen then i think it is possible for him to go to jail for rape. And if you do report it, then just tell the cops the truth. And if he goes behind bars, then so what he should have never done that.

You should talk to your parents about it and let them know. And you should definitely go to the police no matter how much you love your uncle what he does is outrageous. Have no mercy!!!

You have to report it because he will do it again. He probably has already done it to other kids. Call 911 and don't be afraid. They want to put dangerous people where they can't hurt innocent kids.

turn the bastard in to the police. Tell them the truth of what you know happened and then let the police deal with it.

I owuld call crime stoppers and "remain anonymous" because it is illegal for them NOT to investigate EVERY child abuse report.
