I can't ever seem to turn on when i want to.

You need to find your "clitoris" and either figure out how to pleasure yourself or teach him how to stimulate that area of your vagina. Just explore a little bit and youll get it....Many women have this problem so its not unusualk...but many women can orgasm better when they are on top and in control...Be creative!!
